Improving the Digital Experience for Homebuyers at Seeno Homes

Problem

Seeno Homes had never exposed live sales data directly to homebuyers.

Previously, this information lived within internal systems and was communicated through sales staff. Our redesign had to connect four separate platforms and safely surface that data online, without sacrificing the accuracy and trust expected when someone is making one of the biggest purchases of their life.

How did we get there?

We started by understanding how Seeno’s existing website, sales tools, and internal data worked together. From there, we redesigned the site’s structure and visual experience, worked across sales, marketing, IT, and leadership to define requirements, and connected four separate systems to bring live home availability online. We iterated with stakeholders throughout the process before launching the new experience in December 2024.

Outcome

The new dashboard reduced analysis time by 40% and improved user engagement by 25%. Developers reported a significant boost in productivity and decision-making accuracy.
