Improving the Digital Experience for Homebuyers at Seeno Homes

After 80+ years in business, Seeno Homes was ready to bring its digital presence up to date. Seeno Homes is a family-owned homebuilder and real estate developer that has been shaping communities throughout Northern California’s East Bay for over 80 years.

The Challenge

Seeno Homes had never developed a digital presence for prospective homebuyers.

Previously, this information lived within internal systems and was communicated through sales staff. Our redesign had to connect four separate platforms and safely surface that data online, without sacrificing the accuracy and trust expected when someone is making one of the biggest purchases of their life.

The Solution

01

Live Sales Data Integration

Synchronized four separate sales and listing platforms into the company's first public flow.

02

Updated Information Architecture

I created a reusable landing page system that could support 33 property pages while maintaining consistency and reducing development costs.

03

Modernized Branding

Updated logo and branding to develop the legacy branding.

The Process

How does everything integrate?

We started by understanding how Seeno’s existing website, sales tools, and internal data worked together. From there, we redesigned the site’s structure and visual experience, worked across sales, marketing, IT, and leadership to define requirements, and connected four separate systems to bring live home availability online. We iterated with stakeholders throughout the process before launching the new experience in December 2024.
